Love's upholstery cleaning uses a (brown-out) fabric rinse that keeps white colored fabrics from turning color, (yellow or brown) after a cleaning job.  The water used in rinse cleaning solutions can actually be the real cause of mineral discoloration and spotting.  "When the water dries minerals can stain fabric!" Most upholstery is hand shampooed with a soft brush, (spotted for stains) and if needed scrubbed lightly with a mild detergent.  It is then rinsed completely!
